1. Returns & Exchanges (Domestic)

 

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • To return, contact us at leavingmayhem11@gmail.com for a return authorization.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

 


Every step matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

 

 

2. International Returns

 

  • Returns and exchanges from overseas are accepted within 30 days.

  • Customers are responsible for:

     

    • Return shipping costs

    • Customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country

     

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

 


Crossing borders doesn’t change the fight. We’ll handle our part; you handle your local duties and fees.

 

 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at leavingmayhem11@gmail.com

  • We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

  • We cannot control duties, customs delays, or fees for international orders.
