International Shipping & Duties Policy

Duties & Taxes Responsibility

When ordering from Leaving Mayhem, international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees as required by their country’s customs regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For certain countries, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, which allows duties and taxes to be paid at checkout. If you choose this option, all import fees are covered, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

Refused Shipments Due to Unpaid Duties & Taxes

If a customer refuses to pay the required import duties and taxes upon delivery, leading to the package being returned to us, the following conditions apply:

• The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

• A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund.

• Any return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier will also be deducted from the refund.

If the package is abandoned by the carrier and not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

Refunds for Returned International Orders

• If we receive the returned package in its original, unworn condition, we will process a refund minus the applicable fees (shipping, restocking, and return shipping).

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the package is received.

• Duties and taxes paid at checkout (for DDP orders) are non-refundable.

• Returned items must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Avoid Extra Fees

• Ensure you understand your country’s import duties and taxes before placing an order.

• If available, select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping at checkout to prepay these fees and avoid unexpected charges.
