Henry's story
Share
For 20 years, Henry lived for the weekend—booze, wild nights, and waking up in places he barely remembered.
At 12, he had his first real drink. By 14, he was sneaking vodka on a school ski trip. By 16, he was always the one making sure the party was stocked with alcohol.
His identity became tied to drinking—he was the guy who could “handle his booze,” the life of the party, the one who made sure everyone had a wild night.
But with every weekend came the same cycle: regret, anxiety, exhaustion. Mondays weren’t for growing; they were for recovering.
At 33, Henry had enough. In October 2023, he walked away from alcohol, his corporate job of 17 years, and the version of himself that no longer served him.
What started as a short break from drinking turned into a life-changing decision. He traveled to Thailand for a fitness retreat, pushed his limits, and came back determined to stay on this path.
The clarity he gained was unlike anything he’d experienced before, and he realized just how much he had been holding himself back.
The first few months were tough—social events felt different, and old habits tried to pull him back in. But every day without alcohol gave him more strength, more energy, and a deeper sense of purpose. He began waking up with a clear head, setting goals, and following through.
Now, over a year alcohol-free, Henry’s life has completely transformed.
He’s lost significant weight, saved over $11,000, and trained consistently for over a year. He’s completed his first 10K, sprint triathlon, and even climbed Scafell Pike.
Henry has built a property investment company, become an ambassador for the UK’s leading fitness boot camp, and launched his own sobriety coaching business, helping others reclaim their lives.
Sobriety hasn’t just changed Henry’s body—it’s given him clarity, confidence, and purpose. He doesn’t need alcohol to be the “life of the party” because now, he’s fully alive.
No more blackouts.
No more regrets.
Just real, meaningful experiences.
If you’re stuck in the cycle he once was, know this: change is possible. Henry is living proof. If you’re ready to take the first step, he’s here to help.
Because life doesn’t end when you quit drinking.
It finally begins.
